Within our regular service area, interior and exterior photos for single-family, condo, townhouse, residential properties of 2500 sqft or less start at $125. Price is adjusted based on location and size of property. Every photo is shot in high definition with a wide-angle lens, enhanced with Adobe Suite, and delivered via Dropbox or Google Drive.
Aerial Photos & Video
Starting at $90
For properties that deserve a few more angles and a little more attention, our licensed drone pilot will take beautiful, high definition images and video that display everything your property has to offer. We then edit the images and video together with transitions, labels, and music, if desired.
Video Walk-Through
Starting at $130
In these uncertain times, it is more important than ever to provide potential clients with a real walk-through experience while ensuring the safety and health of all. A video-through is just like an in-person property tour, viewed from your phone or computer!
Virtual Tour Slideshow
+ $30 with Property Photos
Yes, there are photos, and transitions, and music, but there is also so much more! Each tour comes with a personalized property website, branded and unbranded versions of the tour to comply with MLS requirements, printable and digital flyers, information imported directly from your property’s MLS listing including all amenities, and your tour uploaded to YouTube and shared to our social sites.
Virtual Staging
+ $35 per photo with Property Photos
As an addition to our basic photography package, we will add furniture, décor, and window dressings to photos of your unfurnished or vacant listing. Virtually staged photos are typically delivered within 48 hours for a weekday shoot, but will require more time to process than our typical photo packages. We can also use your virtually staged photos to your Virtual Tour Slideshow!
